Barcelona Tickets
Has anyone hear bought tickets to a Barcelona game?

Going over there soon and going to look into getting match tickets. Only issue is short notice looking to go to the home game against Atletico..

Anyone got previous experience of buying tickets and can advise me on the best way to get them in time? Get them online / or buy them when i'm out there??

What's best?

Game is Wednesday evening at 10pm. Will be travelling back to Vilanova i la geltru. Having massive issues at the moment apparently trains don't go back there so will have to get a taxi at about 100 euros at the moment. Unless theres a supporters coach, i've heard there is something like this but I can't find anything.

Medways guide to Fc Barcelona.
Nearest Metro is Maria Christina which is the Green Line....when you come out just head straight on for about 5/10 min walk and your see the stadium on your right.

Loadsa bars around there, best ones in my opinion are off the main road. Jaguar Bar is where the Barca Hammers used to/still meet pre game and theres a Bar right opposite(cant remember the name) which was decent too and has a few barca hammers in there aswell. Can google it if your interested, basicaly there a resturant opposite the ground(entrance 10-12 I think) on the other side of the road with some posh flats above it.....chuck a left here and then first left again and theres a small pedestrian Street with Bars and food places on it. Walk to the top of the Street and the bars are there. Theres a good cafe/bakers on the way aswell on the main road if you fancy it beforehand. I take it the games on a Sat? If so you wont have to worry about getting anywhere, cos the Metro will still be running....think that covers it.

Re: Barcelona Tickets
Looked online but nothing to plan my journey to the location I need, can't enter times either.

Knew people here had been before so thought I'd ask. That okay with you?

If anyone could WHOmail me as to not offend Buster that would be great.

Cheers

Anybody know if trains still run at that time there? And if so what is the closest train station to Camp Nou?

Re: Barcelona Tickets
Still can't find two tickets together on their website. Seems there are some for sale together on Viagogo, are they trustworthy? Anyone had previous with getting Barca tickets through them?

Went there twice last season. €23 v Villareal, €69 v Sporting HEEHON. Tickets on sale at the stadium or any kiosk on La Ramblas.

Re: Barcelona Tickets
I've been a few times. Loads of hotels in town also sell them in reception; this is the easiest way to get tickets together in my experience.

Got a group thing through expedia one year before we went, 10 of us on a stag and print at home tickets, in with the Boixos behind the goal - great experience watching it from down there. 2-2 draw with Espanyol which handed Real the league and Messi scored in-front of us with a hand of god effort.

Try expedia, they also have a pick up window for tickets at the Nou Camp. One year we went, upper tier, seats were apart so we just went and stood at the very back alongside a bunch of local lunatics. Loads of people in the top tier stand along the back row.

Re: Barcelona Tickets
Just checked and the time and date is confirmed on that match if you look down the list up till the Celta game is confirmed
2 together shouldn't be a problem and in my experience people seem too seat wherever and move around think I payed about 60 euros but could of got cheaper on day but as someone said I wanted to be sure before I went

Re: Barcelona Tickets
Thanks for everyone's help.

With regards to that thread Syd, I won't be going there in a West Ham shirt, which I think is half the issue from the other night.

I actually think if they made a section which was tourists only then it wouldn't be an issue. At any stadium.

Re: Barcelona Tickets
Not being judgemental as i have done the same thing myself but i find it ironic that we are discussing ways to do the very thing that many people are up in arms about on that other really long and boring thread.

That is, going to watch another team play in another stadium as a tourist / curios visitor rather than a supporter. Nothing wrong with it really is there? Unless it is in our stadium apparently.

on another note the metro stops at 12:00 unless otherwise specified on the TMB website. Also detail on the FCB site

Re: Barcelona Tickets
i went to the Super copa d'espanya a few weeks ago. Bought the tickets direct before i left the UK. there are outlets that sell tickets, the opera house down la ramblas and there are various small stalls around that area...

I have read that sometimes that you can get them for a cheaper price using external agencies but i had brilliant seats and wanted to sure that everything was kosher.

I it's a night game then prepare...

I went a few years back, left Alicante at midday with my boy in shorts and a T-shirt, by the time the game started it was 2 degrees!!!!

Crowd around us were in winter coats, scarves and gloves etc... fucking freezing, we had to leave at half time to get back to the hotel to warm up, as it was we watched the second half from the hotel room under the duvet.

Check temps online
